The Church Council (on Dec 14th) approved a recommendation from the Executive Committee to continue the conversation of November 1st, concerning the ELCA sexuality study and changes to ministry policies. We plan to hold three Sunday afternoon sessions for discussion. These will be Sunday January 24, February 7, and March 7th (yes, March 7th is a change). Sessions will be from 2:00PM until 4:00PM (at church). We are also considering hosting a weekend institute in the Spring and inviting several key presenters to share in this time. We believe this is an important time for us to be in conversation with each other in this manner. We look forward to the discussion.
